As Vice President of Regional Development, Pete Reinke connects consultants and regional real estate brokers and developers with appropriate sites and financial incentives. He keeps our relationships strong with our economic development partners throughout the Lehigh Valley by assisting them with deals and works with local planners to promote urban development.

Steve Melnick wears two hats. As Director of Project Development he helps governments navigate the complex world of economic development. As Coordinator of the Southside Bethlehem Keystone Innovation Zone he works with its partners to retain young talent and help them turn ideas into companies. Steve also coordinates the Keystone Opportunity Zone.

Holly Edinger coordinates the Lehigh Valley Land Recycling Initiative(LVLRI). LVLRI funding makes possible the assessment and remediation of the region’s abandoned and underutilized sites.

Tracy Yenolevich oversees the EPA Assessment Grants, manages assessment work at brownfield properties and coordinates consultants. She is also responsible for
marketing available brownfields through events, web sites and conferences as well as assisting the property owners through the LVLRI program.

As the Director of the Office of Minority and Women-Owned Businesses, Eduardo Eichenwald works with many of the regional organizations to help increase the number of start-up businesses in the region and assist in the retention and sustainability of existing businesses.
