Lehigh Valley 2021 Talent Study

Final report of a talent market study commissioned by LVEDC and Workforce Board Lehigh Valley and conducted by Camoin Associates and Emsi Burning Glass to identify opportunities for development of the regional talent pool based on employer and specific sector needs. The report identifies workforce gaps in five target employment sectors to strengthen regional partnerships to prepare the future workforce and close labor market gaps.
