John Fistner is the Founder and CEO of AblePay Health. AblePay helps patients, providers and employers throughout the country to address the growing patient-out-of-pocket (copays, deductibles, coinsurance) problem. In 2025, AblePay was the #440 fastest growing company in the country according to Inc. 5000 (4^thyear on the list) with contracts in 30 states and members in all 50 states.

Prior to starting AblePay, John was the CFO and COO at Coordinated Health. He also founded JDR & Company, which helps Pennsylvania hospitals with insurance reimbursement and FM Cost Containment, which he successfully exited.  

Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, John has an undergraduate degree from Lafayette College and an MBA from Lehigh University. He is also a co-founder of the non-profit Red Door Early Learning Center in Center Valley.
