Kassie Hilgert

Kassie Hilgert serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ArtsQuest, one of Pennsylvania’s largest nonprofit arts organizations. Established in 1984, ArtsQuest is committed to fostering broad access to the arts while leveraging arts and culture as catalysts for regional economic development. Annually, the organization presents more than 4,500 concerts, art exhibitions, and educational programs, with nearly 40% of these offerings provided to the community at no cost.
Kassie joined ArtsQuest in 2008 as Vice President of Advancement and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Advancement in 2010. In July 2014, following a national executive search, she was unanimously appointed by the Board of Trustees as the organization’s second President and CEO.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Georgetown Nonprofit Executive Certification Program, Kassie possesses extensive expertise in marketing, development, corporate communications, and community relations. Prior to her tenure at ArtsQuest, she served as Manager of Community Relations and Philanthropy at Air Products and previously held the role of Marketing Manager at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. She began her professional career at Medstar Television.
Kassie is actively engaged in numerous leadership roles across the region. She currently serves on the Discover Lehigh Valley Executive Board of Trustees (also serving as Chair), the PNC Regional Advisory Board, Lehigh Valley Partnership, and Cedar Crest College President’s Advisory Council. Additionally, she has served on the Good Shepherd Board of Trustees, where she chaired the Marketing Committee. Her previous board affiliations also include the Children’s Home of Easton’s Board of Trustees and the Boy Scouts Minsi Trails Council Executive Board of Trustees.
She has been humbled to receive City and State PA’s “Above & Beyond" Women Award, the Athena Leadership Award, the Girl Scouts Take the Lead Award, and the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce Priscilla Payne Hurd Award, among others.
