Ray Midlam is Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer for St. Luke’s University Health Network. He joined St. Luke’s in 2012. Before then, he worked in business development, planning, and operational roles in the Financial Services and Medical Devices industries. At St. Luke’s, he coordinates and oversees the development of strategy in support of expansion, and identifies and evaluates new business opportunities. He graduated from Temple University with a degree in Finance, and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Lehigh University. He also serves on the Board of Miller-Keystone Blood Center.
