Shelly McWilliams

Shelley came to the Lehigh Valley in 2006, when she joined Air Products' Career Development Program after completing graduate school. She and her husband, Drew, fell in love with the region and have lived here ever since.

In 2020, she joined Lehigh Valley Plastics, succeeding Gretchen Mohen as company President. Lehigh Valley Plastics manufactures plastic components for customers across a broad spectrum of industries. Before joining Lehigh Valley Plastics, she managed two global business units with Brooks Instrument of Hatfield, Montgomery County.

She has a degree in business from Bucknell University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. In pursuit of both degrees, she focused on operations and marketing.
