Filter King LLC has opened a manufacturing facility in the Lehigh Valley, a strategic location that will allow the fast-growing company to deliver filters to 90% of the U.S. population within three days.

Based in Miami, Filter King is a family-owned business specializing in high-quality HVAC and furnace air filters for residential, commercial, and industrial applications across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

The company opened a 61,600-square-foot production, warehousing, and distribution center in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI in Bethlehem Township, in a building leased from J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Filter King plans to create up to 120 new jobs in manufacturing, logistics, and administration.

“Filter King's new location at 2701 Baglyos Circle supports our strategic goal of expanding our presence into the Northeast. Lehigh Valley Industrial Park’s central location and outstanding logistics infrastructure make it an ideal base for manufacturing and distribution as we continue to scale our operations,” said Filter King Founder and CEO Rick Hoskins.

With more than 700 manufacturers collectively producing an output of $9 billion annually, the Lehigh Valley is among the Top 15% of manufacturing markets in the U.S. based on Gross Domestic Product. Products made in the Lehigh Valley range from semiconductors and medical technology to food and beverages to Mack Trucks, Crayola crayons, and Martin Guitars.

Manufacturing makes up 16% of the Lehigh Valley’s record GDP of nearly $56 billion. Nationally, manufacturing accounts for 12% of GDP.

“Filter King’s investment in the Lehigh Valley continues the region’s growth as a center of diverse and innovative manufacturing,” said Don Cunningham, President and CEO of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC). “We are grateful to J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., for its work in finding a home in the Lehigh Valley for Filter King. It’s these types of partnerships that makes the Lehigh Valley one of the top mid-sized markets in the U.S. for economic development.”

“Filter King’s rapid expansion and investment in the Lehigh Valley underscores the strength of the regional industrial market,” said Joe Petrucci, Project Executive at J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. “We’re proud to deliver a facility that meets their operational needs and positions them for long-term success in the Northeast.”

The announcement by Filter King of its new factory is the third addition to the Lehigh Valley manufacturing community in recent weeks.

Kervan USA, a candy manufacturer from Turkey, broke ground on a 90,000-square-foot production and distribution facility on June 26. Also in June, Bronkhorst High-Tech, a Dutch company that makes instruments that measure and control pressure and flow of liquids and gases in critical applications, expanded operations into a larger location.

Filter King’s Lehigh Valley operation will be its third U.S. manufacturing location and its second new site launch in 2025, following the February opening of a plant in Las Vegas. This expansion reflects the company’s strategic initiative to enhance national distribution capabilities and meet increasing demand for high-quality air filtration solutions.

“Filter King’s investment in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI is a strong endorsement of our region’s role in powering next-generation manufacturing and logistics,” said Kerry Wrobel, President of Lehigh Valley Industrial Park. “Their presence brings not only high-quality jobs but also reinforces the park’s position as a launchpad for companies scaling rapidly and reaching customers nationwide.”

The company said the facility’s proximity to major metropolitan areas including Philadelphia and New York City, access to robust transportation networks such as Route 22 and Interstates 78 and 476, and a skilled local workforce support Filter King’s rapid expansion and commitment to operational excellence, and commitment to American manufacturing.

"Our goal is to reach the entire continental U.S. with next-day delivery," Hoskins said.

“Filter King is experiencing unprecedented growth in online direct-to-consumer sales,” he said. “In the second quarter of 2025, we produced and shipped more filters than in any single quarter in our nine-year history, driven by increasing demand for clean, efficient air filtration.”
