‘Find a Site’ Tool Helps Businesses Find a Home in Lehigh Valley

Businesses looking for a site to locate, expand, or start in the Lehigh Valley can rely on an easy-to-use, visual database to make searching more efficient.

The Find a Site tool on Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation’s website shows hundreds of available properties in the Lehigh Valley. The database and map are produced by REsimplifi, a nationwide commercial real estate listing data service.

This database is available for anyone to use and provides direct access to industrial, office, land, and retail properties for sale or lease in Lehigh and Northampton counties. Real estate property listings are updated monthly, if not more frequently.

“Having an accurate, up-to-date commercial real estate database on our LVEDC website is extremely important when recruiting new employers to come to the Lehigh Valley, for existing employers that are looking for room to expand, and for entrepreneurs looking for a startup space. These companies want real-time data to help make their business decisions,” said Kristin Cahayla-Hoffman, LVEDC Vice President of Business Development & Attraction.

There are two ways to use Find a Site – by viewing and clicking sites on the map, or by using the data tab to access sortable tables.

The listings are easily searchable because they can be sorted by components such as square footage, price, sale or lease, type of use (industrial, retail, office), and location (county, municipality, zip code).

Each site listing has a link to more information such as details about the property or building, photos, maps, a listing brochure, and contact information for the owner or broker.

In addition to being a resource for businesses looking for a property, the Find a Site tool is an advantage for Lehigh Valley brokers by promoting their listings, and for municipalities that have sites available for development.

Questions about Find a Site, including how to get properties included, can be addressed to Jarrett Witt, LVEDC’s Director of Business Development, at jwitt@lehighvalley.org.
