For the first time, Lehigh Valley has secured an exclusive conference of hundreds of influential real estate decision-makers, with the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) Fall Forum convening here in 2027.

Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) led the effort to bring the sought-after event, which presents a significant opportunity to showcase Lehigh Valley’s strengths to the professionals who help companies determine where to expand and invest.

Sponsorships are available to Lehigh Valley businesses and can offer rare, direct access to a targeted audience of national site selectors and corporate real estate leaders with the chance to build meaningful relationships. A range of sponsorship opportunities is available.

Presented by IAMC and supported locally by LVEDC, the IAMC Fall Forum will take place Sept. 25-29, 2027, at Wind Creek Bethlehem, which significantly expanded its convention space recently to position the Lehigh Valley to host large events such as the forum. It is expected to draw up to 500 leading real estate professionals.

“By experiencing the region firsthand, these decision-makers gain a deeper understanding of what differentiates the Lehigh Valley in an increasingly competitive landscape,” said Kristin Cahayla-Hoffman, LVEDC’s Vice President of Business Development & Attraction and a member of the Board of Directors of IAMC.

“That can translate into long-term relationships—and, ultimately, real economic development opportunities.”

IAMC is a leading industrial and manufacturing real estate association, connecting corporate real estate executives, site selectors, economic developers, and service providers across the U.S. and internationally.

The IAMC Fall Forum is known for its highly interactive format and forward-looking discussions. Past events have explored topics such as supply chain evolution, emerging technologies, and workforce availability—issues that continue to shape location and investment decisions nationwide.

The forum provides a rare opportunity for sponsors to be positioned alongside nationally significant projects and conversations. Opportunities of this nature are infrequent and highly selective.
