Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp. (LVEDC) has expanded its regional partnerships and talent strategies team with the addition of Trisha Nardone.

As the Regional Partnerships and Talent Strategies Administrator, Nardone is responsible for supporting communication and collaboration with LVEDC’s many regional partners, and for assisting in the management and growth of LVEDC’s award-winning talent strategies initiatives, which include the Education and Talent Supply Council and annual Lehigh Valley Internship Summit.

“We’re pleased to welcome Trisha to LVEDC," said Don Cunningham, President & CEO of LVEDC. "We believe her work in career development and background in communications make her a strong addition to our team, to strengthen our award-winning talent strategies work.”

Nardone’s previous roles include working in higher education to assist students with professional and career development and engagement with employers. She worked at Lehigh Carbon Community College as a CTE Career Readiness Specialist and has been an adjunct lecturer at Lehigh University and adjunct instructor at Cedar Crest College and LCCC.

“I'm thrilled to have Trisha join our team. Her experience working with regional partners, support of students in reaching their career goals, engagement with employers about in-demand jobs, and creative mindset bring tremendous value to our partnerships and talent strategies work,” said Karianne Gelinas, LVEDC’s Vice President of Regional Partnerships & Talent Strategies.

Nardone has a Master of Arts in English from Lehigh University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cedar Crest College, and an Associate in Arts: General Studies from Lehigh Carbon Community College.

"I feel honored to join LVEDC’s experienced and accomplished team and look forward to collaborating with and supporting our many partners who help to make the Lehigh Valley a great place to live, work, and operate a business,” Nardone said. “Knowing that my work as a part of this team will make a difference in the Lehigh Valley is incredibly rewarding."
