Highmark Blue Shield will be the Presenting Sponsor of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp.’s 2024 Annual Meeting that will be held March 19 at ArtsQuest at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.
The event will feature thought leaders shaping the 21st century workforce and business in the Lehigh Valley, an economic pacesetter for the nation. With a balanced economy where manufacturing plays an outsized role, the Lehigh Valley has become one of the busiest mid-sized markets in America and has been held up as a model for economic growth in Pennsylvania.
The 90-minute program will include dynamic panels, speakers, and videos that provide insights into the economic forces driving the economy and the visionary programs preparing Lehigh Valley for tomorrow.
The meeting typically draws a capacity crowd of about 700 of the region’s business, corporate, community, economic development, and educational leaders. The event also features time for networking at the SteelStacks venue, an award-winning example of the Lehigh Valley’s evolution from an industrial region into one with a modern, diverse economy.
